Hey ER Docs! It's on Like Donkey Kong!
Three jobs since residency, three lies, three broken promises, three times closer to burnout. Here's your chance ladies and gentlemen. If you have either good or bad things to say about your group or hospital let's hear it. Tell us where you work, tell us if you are happy with your group, and tell us if you are happy with your hospital.

Run away. Non democratic. Non benign dictatorship. They eat their young. Single contract holder. Closed books. Huge patient volumes, huge doctor turnover. Ruled by fear. Closed room deals and data manipulation. Don't be fooled by the mountains... fly there instead and work for sane people. If you are thinking about working for them simply ask...
1. How many of your new hires have made partner over the past 10 years.
2. How many doctors have been fired or quit in the past ten years?
3. Can you see the books?
4. Is it democratic?
5. Is there call?
6. Who holds the contract?
7. Who decides promotions?
8. How much money do the partners make?
